Hey everyone,

Found this in the Ministry of Defence's website yesterday. I was like 'Seriously? Seriously? This is way beyond atrocious and I don't think Google Translate is this bad.'

Then, I linked the website on FB (along with other people), and guess what? The translation was unavailable by noon. Still, a couple of comments from me:

1) 'There are no translations available' - you tell me what's wrong with this sentence. For god's sake, who's in charge of the website? You are extremely humiliating the Government. I don't think the Government's officers are this idiotic.

2) Please explain what the *%$# is 'Lounge suite'? Should they wear a hotel room to the office?

Love to swim but hate to wear the swimming suit? No need to worry, just head on for a holiday at Grand Lexis, Port Dickson.

The villas are above the sea. Great for somebody who likes to fish. A real fish of course.

Of course we booked a family room (2 queen bed)

...and the most important...a private swimming pool. It's 4 feet deep. Should you feel the swimming pool is too small for you to swim, no need to worry, the hotel has a bigger pool as well.

Well I didn't plan to go for the concert, but a friend of mine called me and said she received free VIP tickets to the Pitbull concert. Hey everyone,

I know this post is a little bit late, but I was quite busy the last couple of weeks due to two major events I had to do. Nevertheless, last month I had a chance to go for a holiday in Tokyo, Japan with my dearest colleague and my sister.

We stayed at a friend's house in Yokohama. Hence, we saved quite some money on accommodation.

We travelled by train. Although it was costly, but it was convenient. We spent about RM300 for transportation including airport transfer.

This is my favourite drink in Tokyo. Found at Lawson's for only 105 yen about RM4.

Last weekend I had the opportunity to go to the Korea Music Wave 2011 (free ticket yeay!). Luckily it was a numbered seat so I could sit during the entire concert. It was awesome! Among artists who performed were FT Island, 4 Minute, UKiss, Teen Top, Park Jung Min and a quarter of Big Bang (Seungri, GD & Top). I hope I'll get another complimentary ticket this November.

I haven't been updating my blog recently as nothing interesting is happening. All due to spending the entire day laying on my bed.

Well, I dislocated my ankle last week during my kickboxing class. I landed wrongly. It was exceptionally bad and tremendously painful that my ankle was swelling instantaneously after I fell.

I've been walking with crutches now and hoping for a speedy recovery........I miss the outside world....

Plastic is Truly Fantastic

If you can remember, I've posted about Korean Idols' plastic surgery HERE. Truthfully, whenever I watch Korean Dramas, I've never thought that the lead actress was pretty. They just look OK to me and even worse sometimes I thought they looked ugly. Having watched Sunkyunkwan Scandal, I thought the lead actress was pretty, with her innocent look and not so dumb face (usually Korean lead actresses look like that you know). Her name is Park Min Young.

Looking at her, I know that is not her original look. I know she would have done something and it turns out to be true. Park Min Young even admitted herself. She stated, " I got double eyelid surgery in junior high school. My mom let me get it so I could become prettier. I also got my nose done, but that's only because my nose was crooked during junior high".

Holiday In Beijing with Dearest Friends May 2011

End of last month, my dearest colleagues, friends and I went to Beijing for a holiday. Since I have a friend staying in Beijing, hence, accommodation and itinerary wasn't a problem. It was all set for us. All we had to do was just walk and have fun! We absolutely had great fun there.

We took Air Asia to Tianjin and from there we rode a bullet train to Beijing. We stayed at a friend's apartment in Anjialou.

Public transportation was so convenient in Beijing. Thus, we traveled by bus and subway.

Trip to Taiwan May 2011

Hey everyone,

Last week I had a chance to go for a 5-day trip to Taiwan. I went to Taipei, Taichung, Kinmen Tainan and Kaohsiung.

In Taipei, I went to 101 Taipei (the tallest building in the world from 2004-2010) and Sun Yat-sen Memorial (1st President of Taiwan). Getting taxi in Taiwan is so easy and convenient. I also went to the Shilin Market for dinner and went to the night market nearby. Surprisingly, the night market was clean. You can hardly see any trash on the road.

In Taichung, I went to the night market which was located near to Feng Chia University.

In Kinmen, I had a chance to go to the Yeoh Teon Lay Memorial, owner of the YTL Corp. He was originated from Kinmen. I also went for a visit to the Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor factory. Did you know that Kaoliang Liqour contained 58% of alcohol? No, I don't drink in case if you are wondering, it was just a working visit.

I didn't get to visit any interesting place in Tainan because it was a very brief visit.

In Kaohsiung however, I stayed in E-Da World. It's almost like Genting Highland. They have a theme park, shopping mall, hotels and even a university. I also went to the night market at the city centre.

Well, I didn't get to see that much of Taiwan but it was an interesting experience for me. I'm going to go for a holiday with my friends this weekend. Can't wait to go! Wait for the updates ok!

My 1st Gold Medal

Last weekend I had the opportunity to enter the 24th Taekwondo Championship 2011 at Subang Avenue. That was my first ever competition. Guess what? Apparently I was in the Heavy Weight category for the Individual Free Sparring. I was quite nervous since it was my first time.

My number was 444. Nice huh?!

Despite my nervousness I managed to be the Champion. That's Gold Medal for me! Yeay!

It was a good fun experience to be prepared for the World Kickboxing Championship 2011 in Germany in August. I really do hope I will have the opportunity this year.

Holiday with My Dearest Colleagues Jan 2011

Hey everyone,

My new year began with a holiday with my dearest colleagues to Singapore. Took a flight to Johor Bahru and from there we rode a bus. The bus ticket is about RM2.00 to Queen Street.

From Queen Street we took a cab to Vivo City and we took the MRT to Sentosa Island.

Luckily we got the ticket to Universal Studios Singapore although it was sold out that day.

We returned to JB by taking a bus at Kranji and stayed at a hotel near to the City Square. The next day we went back to Singapore for a stroll. First stop was the Merlion Park and then the Arab Street.

Next was of course, the Orchard Road.

It was a great holiday and I hope there will be another vacation regardless in or outside Malaysia.

My old compact powder was about to finish, but one fine day I accidentally dropped the compact powder and it fell into pieces (menangis!). Thus, went to hunt for a new compact powder (yeay!solid reason to shop!). So I went to the Dior counter and found their latest edition of compact power. It's Diorskin Nude, a natural glow sculpting powder make up. Price is RM190.

It has 3 shades.

Top : Illuminer - to enlighten your cheek bones and nose bridge.

Middle : Sculptor - to sculpt your nose bridge (mancungla sikit hidung tu kan) and cheek (bole nampak pipi kurus gitu)

Bottom : Unifier - the powder for your whole face. Comes with an SPF 10 ++

My review? Well the illuminer and sculptor work best with foundation. Just love the shading effect. Feel lazy to do the shading? You can just swipe all 3 with the sponge at one go and you are done!

He wants me to join the World Kickboxing Championship next year which will be held in Canada as he's confident that he can get me a sponsorship. Last weekend I went to the PIKOM Digital Lifestyle Expo 2010 at KL Convention Centre. I almost wanted to buy the Macbook Air but I managed to hold myself and decided to think about it thoroughly.

I bought this cute mouse for only RM19 that comes with a year warranty. Since I don't have any laptop and only use my sisters', so I've decided to use it at my office. It's so pretty and light. Loving it!

I bumped into an MP3 player that shapes like a Mickey Mouse. So tiny and cute! Comes in different colours such as pink, blue, white and green. It's about RM 99 for 1GB. It also comes with 2GB storage.

I've decided to write this story in Malay as I reckon it would be more interesting (perasan kan? hihihi).

Aku ada seorang kawan rapat (ala-ala Kak Senduk gitu). Biarku namakan dia Sally aka Salman (bukan nama sebenar ok!). Kitaorang rakan sekelas masa sekolah menengah dulu, jadi dah lama jugala berkawan. Kongsi cerita atau pengalaman sambil bahan-membahan ni perkara biasala kan. Sally yang akan menjeling maut ke arah aku kalau aku panggil dia Salman di depan orang lain. Aku pun macam blur-blur gitu jawab ye aje lah sebab dah tak dapat nak keep track jantan yang dia kuar, asyik bertukar aje. Laku juga kawan aku ni. Lalu aku pun tanya kenapa dengan jantan tu?

Sally pun jawab,'Aritu mak kena serang nok dengan sorang pompuan ni. Dia call mak pakai handphone jantan tu'.

Dalam hati aku berkata....OMG! Drama swasta gitu.

Sally pun sambung cite,'Pompuan tu dok tanya-tanya, sape ni....sape ni. Mak malasla nak jawabkan, dia yang tepon aku, diala cakap dia sape. Pompuan tu bising-bising tanya mak ni ada apa dengan tunang dia,'.

Aku pun tanya,'Apasal ko tak kuarkan suara jantan ko, boleh cover line...hahahaha,'

Sally macam malas nak layan dengan statement aku tu :p

Yang penting wah dah bertunang gitu. Kira kawan aku ni pun kena tipula dengan jantan tu. Jadi kerana terlalu bengang dengan pompuan tu Sally pon menjawab,

'Hei pompuan, yang ko nak marah-marah aku ni kenapa? Dah sah-sah kita dua-dua kena tipu dengan jantan tu!Laki kau tu cakap kat aku dia dah tak suka pompuan dah. Mana aku tau dia dah bertunang,'

Perempuan tu masih tak puas hati dan tanya ada tak diaorang ni pernah keluar bersama. Of course la ada kan..... siap light-light gitu bak kata Sally.

Kemudian, jantan tu pun telefon Sally, biasala jantan nak cover line kan. Dia kata konon-konon dia ada kanser la (kanser la sangat kan). Lepas tu dia kata dia bertunang pon terpaksa (hmm....alasan, tapi nanti kalau kawin dapat anak jugak kan?). Jadi jantan ni pesan dekat Sally yang Si Sally ni akan dapat jantan yang lebih baik daripada dia, lagipun Sally masih muda (wah gitu ayat bodoh dia kan...padahal sebaya ni, gaya cakap macam dia dah tua sangat je).

Kesimpulannya kejadian ni memang seperti drama swasta kat TV tu dan jantan-jantan ni memang ramai tak boleh dipercayai. Semua pun dia nak kebas. Tak faham aku.

Hey everyone,

This happened when I went for a late registration for Pre-TESL at a local university. I was offered 2 courses and I had already registered for one of the courses. Thus, I didn't get the offer letter for Pre-TESL but only a phone call.

In order for you to be able to pay for your fees, you have to have your offer letter first (obviously!). So my parents and I went to the university's office to get my offer letter as instructed by my lecturer at the faculty. We went there, went to see an officer (if I'm not mistaken), a lady to be specific, asked for the offer letter and she said,

'Adik datang lain kali lah untuk ambik offer letter tu, adik masuk class dulu nanti bila-bila datang balik ambik surat,' with an arrogant face.

Thinking that it was ridiculous, my mum tried to help, 'Yela takkan sekarang xbole ambik...susah nak datang balik sebab anak saya tak drive, fakulti dia pon bukan di sini'. FYI...my faculty was about 5-10 km to the office. It's at a totally different section, outside of the main campus.

Then she cut off my mum by telling her, 'Makcik sekejap ye saya tengah cakap dengan anak makcik,'. Just how rude some people can be.

I was 18, I didn't know what to do. Should I scold her to just do her god damn work? I mean, how hard can it be to just print out a stupid simple letter? To cut story short, I went to the office a few times, but I still didn't get the offer letter.

This issue on producing my simple offer letter went on until I received a warning that I could not sit for my final exam because I hadn't paid my fees yet! Now you tell me, was it my fault? So I went to complain to my Dean, she made a phone call, the next day I went to the office, they printed the letter straight away and it only took 5 freaking minutes!

One of my friends had the same problem, and when the stupid lady told her to come back again to get the letter, her uncle scolded her telling that it was ridiculous and they got the offer letter straight away! Maybe I should have done that.

Now that I'm working and I've developed this firm attitude (maybe...hihihi), if I bumped into these useless people, you will really get it from me (akan aku sekolahkan kau habis-habisan). Same goes to the makcik-makcik kerani kerek who work at the hostel. Amboi, bukan main lagi korang marah-marah student suka-suka hati tak pasal-pasal. Korang ni dah takde keje lain sangat ke? You should be helping the students, not scolding them just because you are lazy to just do your work.

p/s : I've also learned that sometimes you need to create drama to achieve something.

Last weekend I had a change to go to Uniqlo at Fahrenheit (finally!). The prices are affordable and cheap compared to others. The designs are for casual, everyday wear. However, since now is the winter season, hence, most of the clothes are for winter which is not really suitable for our weather. I can't wait for their next line next year. Nevertheless, I bought a pair of sports suit for only RM240.

I don't easily give compliments nor judgmental towards people. Sometimes you should just shut up and look at the mirror. What you don't want people to do to you, don't do it to others. Also, stop asking such stupid questions. There are more other things you can talk about. If you don't like to compliment people then you should also zip your mouth either ways. Sometimes you should also learn to appreciate and how to say thank you.

Stop telling people, 'Ala just ignore what ever those people say', because humans do have feelings no matter how hard you try to ignore. You will feel it even though just a tiny bit. What I learn in life is, it is really hard to expect people to be nice to you. You can count with fingers (trust me, you will never lose count) how many that are truly nice and won't talk behind your back. Sometimes it's the people that you least expected who would actually bitch about you. I know this entry won't change anything..........but, worth a try.

p/s : Grateful of what you already have but there's no harm of improving yourself rather than trying to make others fall.

Hey everyone,

Yesterday was my day out with my best friends and we went for a stroll at Pavillion plus my friend wanted to buy a wallet. As we were strolling, I found an adorable iPhone casing by Burberry. Didn't know that even the designers are also designing them although I know that the market is being flooded with iPhone 's casing leaving behind other brands such as Nokia.

It's RM900. Just arrived 2 days ago. It's for iPhone4 but can also fit into iPhone 3GS. Gosh I almost bought it but tried so hard to hold myself. Hahaha. They also have a casing for iPad and Blackberry.

Then we went to Gucci to find 1 but it was sold out!

I'm in love with this Butterfly Chest but it costs RM1,799! Do you reckon it's worth it to buy? Look at the small drawers at both sides, I can put all my make ups in them!

Well, I've paid the down payment for a bedroom set for my supposedly new house but we are not planning to move anytime soon. Hence, it has been kept at the Emperor's Classic Furniture for more than 2 years now.

Hey everyone,

I had dinner at Marché just now and you know how's the system there. You will have to hand over your 'passport' at the cashier before you exit in order to pay. We were queuing at the cashier and suddenly a Chinese guy came from the back and pretended to look at what was happening at the cashier because the customer in front of us couldn't use his credit card. At this point, I knew what that Chinese guy was trying to do. Just as I thought, he went slowly out of the door having pretending at the cashier with his 'passport' still on his hands. There you go...free meals for his family and he did it smoothly and relaxed. My guess is, it wasn't his first time.

For me, you can steal or cheat if you want to, but eating free meals...that's just too much. Furthermore you are feeding your family without having to pay them. That Chinese guy didn't look at all like a guy who couldn't afford to pay and he's already around his 50's. Humans..... sometimes they are so stupid naturally.

Hey everyone,

I'm not writing this entry just to simply advertise and making business. It's just a simple thought through my experience and how I've succeeded to run away from my worst nightmare. I've never had acne problems until 2 years ago. Suddenly, due to stress and hormonal imbalance, I had a severe acne problem. And when I said severe, it was SEVERE! The acnes were all over my face, and it was enormous.

Not having this problem before, of course it would make such insensitive people to actually come and ask me (some of them even asked every time when I met them).....

"OMG! What happened to your face? Teruknya....sayangnya dulu cantik je,'

Hey everyone,

I'm not really sure about my characteristics.

1) I do talk a lot, but I don't know how to start a conversation with a stranger. Does that mean I'm also a shy person or perhaps it's my ego?

2) Do I look like an unapproachable person though I reckon I do smile a lot? People will always approach my best friends next to me rather than having a one-on-one conversation with me. OR from my observation, they will be friendlier to my best friends compared to me. I do gossip a lot you know.... Some even said that I was funny (hahaha ok perasan)

3) People will always have negative perceptions towards me until they start to be my acquaintance and get to know how I carry myself. Why? Is the negativity just shines evidently on my face?

4) I only have best friends and I don't know whether I should consider my acquaintances as my friends. Like the 'Hi...Hello...Bye' friends. I wonder how people can do that. I mean, you hang out with your best friends a lot, but once in a blue moon with your acquaintances aka 'friends'. It's awkward for me.

People that I meet/liaise with while I'm completing my task/work, I would consider them as my colleagues. It falls into a different category. Nevertheless, some of them do turn out to be my best friends.

5) I absolutely don't know how to be a hypocrite. Meaning, you be friends with them whilst you bitch about them behind their backs. That's not just me. I choose not to talk to them at all rather than making them to sleep with their enemies.

I only say it because I mean it. I only mean it because it's true. I'm not really good in lying nor pretending.

6) Hate it when people make this remark about me 'She doesn't have any friends. If yes, it would only be guy friends'. This statement is so NOT TRUE! My friends would know what I'm talking about.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all my best friends who will always be there when I need a shoulder to cry on and for me to share my laughter with. Love you guys!!...and yes...I'm missing some of you guys a lot as I'm still waiting for our long awaiting get together trip. You know who you are!

To my best friends who are married.....perhaps a so-called reunion with 'a girl's day out' or perhaps 'friend's day out'?

Heart Rate Monitor

Hey everyone,

I'm planning to buy a heart rate monitor but not sure which one I should buy. Narrowed my options to these 2 types. Tell me what you think.

miCoach Zone. It's RM270. Not really sure how it works but it looks nice though

Nike Sportband. The Sportband costs RM229 but you would have to buy the Nike+ sport shoes in order to insert the sensor in the shoes. Well I do really need a pair of new sport shoes. The design that I love is RM 307. It's blue and have a little taste of pink.

I'm not planning to buy a HRM that will cost me over RM300. Hence, I've taken out Polar and Beurer from my options. Puma & Timex also have HRM but they look like regular watches (I'm not really into 'OK' design stuff :p). Going to have a look at the miCoach Zone tomorrow to make up my mind.

My siblings seem to reckon this HRM is the prettiest

International Day of the World's Indigenous People

A few days ago, my division organized a programme called 'Kenali Masyarakat Orang Asli' in conjunction with UNESCO's International Day of the World's Indigenous People. We spent a night in Kampung Kuala Boh, Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands. It was a new experience for me as it was my first time spending a night in an Orang Asli village.

We rode a bus for 5 hours then approximately 15 minutes by truck to go to Kampung Kuala Boh

We stayed in a Rumah Buloh that had no water & electricity

We visited SK Pos Menson, primary school for Orang Asli

It was once in a life time experience. I enjoyed it and also bare in mind that I mentioned ONCE just now.

Holiday in Russia June 2010

Hey everyone,

My family & I barely had a chance to go traveling all 7 of us. My dad doesn't like to travel & my younger sister's studying abroad. However, last few weeks we went to my sister's convocation in Moscow, hence, we grabbed the chance of converting it as our first ever family holiday. All 7 of us.

We flew with Emirates and transited in Dubai

We also went to St. Petersburgh with a flight. The journey was about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

My sister's convocation, it was so simple and boring. I.....I mean...we slept half way, way too many speeches and it was in Russian!

We really enjoyed the holiday. Russia has such beautiful landscape as well as scenery. It was easy to travel around as they have this subway called Metro. The frequency of the train is every 2 minutes. Awesome huh?. The only thing is they don't speak English (majority of them, they don't even know numbers in English) and let's just say some of them are not really friendly or I may describe it as rude. Some...not all.

Juicier Than Ever

Hey everyone,

One fine day....

He took a slice of cut watermelon, walked towards the kitchen whilst took a bite of the watermelon.

Then, he cut the watermelon into smaller pieces and put it in the blender. He blent the watermelon until it became juice. Poured the juice in a nice glass and added some lychee.

A waiter came and took the watermelon juice, served it to a customer.

*That was what I saw at a mamak stall in Precinct 9, Putrajaya...eeeuuuuwww!!

Music is My Life

Hey everyone,

I'm a person who's very much into music. I love to sing, dance & play organ. I've been playing organ since I was in Standard 2.

There's a Yamaha Music centre near my house & every week my family would go to a supermarket nearby. Each time I would be bugging my dad to send me to learn playing instrument there.

Sulking a few times & forcing my dad to send me there, finally he surrendered & registered me. I was torn between joining either organ or piano lesson. The lady there advised me to take up organ lesson as piano would be a little bit difficult. Organ is a little bit different than piano as it has upper & lower keyboards as well as pedals. I stopped going to the class when I was in Form 5 as my parents wanted me to focus on my SPM (I didn't focus that much either though). After that I was lazy to resume going to class as the exam was getting harder & I can basically play any song if you give me the notes. I reckon it's adequate.

That was how I started playing organ. My ambition now is to buy the RM15k organ which has the programming that would make it sound similar to the recorded song itself. My dad wouldn't buy it for me as he said with that kind of money he could already buy a house.

Hey everyone,

I went to my friend's wedding just now. Seeing friends...chit chatting....catching things up. After a couple of hours, I decided to go back.

As I was about to reach my car, a boy, perhaps a 13 year old boy, came and approached me.

"Kak, kakak ni cantiklah,"
I replied,"Ok, thank you"
The boy came closer & said,"Nak salam boleh?"
Feeling a bit weird I said,"Eh tak payahlah, nak balik dah ni pun"
He came closer a bit more and insisted,"Ala bolehlah kak"

I really wanted to go back, so I said ok. So I shook his hand just to get rid of him. But then, he came even closer.

He said,"Kak, boleh peluk tak?"
I was so shocked and I had to move back a little bit because he was so closed to me. I replied,"Nak buat apa?Tak pelah nak balik dah ni"

The boy was really determined to hug me I guess so he came even closer and closer that I had to move further from my car. He kept on repeating,"Bolehla kak, sekejap je"

I was getting a little bit mad and I said firmly,"No! Pegi balik! Balik!"

Luckily he stopped moving closer and said,"Ok, sorry ek kak". Then he went towards the hall.

All I can say is, OMG!!, what was he thinking? He is just a boy and I'm not even a public figure! Boys these days...I have no comment.

P/S : To my youngest and only brother, please don't do something crazy like this ok. Or else...

Quest of Finding Gold at the Coast for the Wizard of OZ

Hey everyone,

I just got back from a holiday with my best friend in Gold Coast, Australia. We also spent a day in Brisbane.

We arrived at Coolangatta Airport and from there we bought a freedom ticket which consisted of a to & from airport shuttle as well as a 7-day unlimited pass of the public bus. It was AUD113. The public bus service here has schedule, so you may plan your journey to save time

We stayed at Suntower Apartment, Surfers Paradise. It was only a few steps from the beach.

A few of the shopping centres that you should go to shop till you drop

there. You should also go to Australia Fair & Pacific Fair

We bought our tickets to the theme parks here. Saved the hassle of queueing for the tickets at the theme parks. You can also get discounts here.

We went to Movie World. The ticket was AUD70. It was awesome! Here are some of the pictures of me with the Super Heroes & other characters

We bought an unlimited entry ticket to the Dreamworld and it was AUD 70. Hence, we went there twice. The ticket is still valid until 30 June 2010. Anybody?

Not to forget, Hard Rock Cafe, Surfers Paradise

We also went to Brisbane for a day. We took a train from Helensvale Station to Central. The bus to Helensvale Station as well as the train to Central took us about a 2 hour journey. The off-peak daily ticket was AUD16.20 that would enable you to ride the bus and ferry in Brisbane. However, you can't use the ticket during the peak hour which is from 3.30-7 p.m. The peak daily ticket would have costed you more.

Don't ask me whether it was a fun holiday or not. Can you actually compare working to a holiday? I'm looking forward to go to my sis's graduation in June. Hope my leave will be approved. If it happens, I'll tell you about the trip alright? Hope this entry may give you a glimpse of what Gold Coast & Brisbane's like & assist you in planning your future trip.

Finally I've finished reading Remember Me. Love it! Having reading, I felt that I was in love especially in the last chapter. Trying to build again their so-called lost relationship. Just like the Ghost Whisperer. I just hate that the guys in her stories are all so near to perfection, romantic, nice and gentlemen. If you love Chic Lit you should read this book. Well it's not all about love you know, it's also about Lexi trying to get on track of what her life is. Carrier, friendship, family, marriage & respondsibility.

No, the movie Remember Me (the hero is the cute Robert Pattinson of Twilight) isn't the adaptation of this book ok.

I've been going to Wenawave Salon since I was 19 and I have my own hair stylist. She's the best because she always gives me great hair cut. Thanks Jane! This salon is in Times Square. The main branch is in Sg. Wang & soon a new branch in Giza Mall

On Sunday, usually after I finish my gym class, I'll go and buy my dinner. I usually go to the food stalls at Jusco in One Utama (my gym is in One Utama).

The stalls sell lots of Asian foods especially Japanese, Koreanese as well as Taiwanese.

Hey everyone,

Today is my day spending time with my family. Thus, I am spending most of my time at home that makes me reminisces some of my old memories. Suddenly I remembered my old school, my primary school. I went to 2 schools, morning and afternoon, Sekolah Kebangsaan & Sekolah Rendah Agama.

My Sekolah Rendah Agama was very old fashioned. It was made of wood. So, one fine day, as usual my friends and I cycled to school.

When we arrived, all of us were like, 'Eh, mana sekolah?'.
Then someone told us, 'Sekolah dah tak dela, pagi tadi terbakar'.
We asked, 'Macam mana boleh terbakar?'.
He replied, 'Pagi tadi ada budak main mercun, abis sekolah terbakar'.
We were all like, Yes! Sekolah dah takde. Jom balik!.

So, we had no school that day. The next day, we continued schooling in a bicycle parking. So every time it rained, we had to stop learning to go shedding somewhere. This so-called sad situation was even published in a paper!. To tell you the truth, I loved when it rained because I didn't have to study. Yes, I hated studying and I loved to play. I was so mischievous.

Well, after some time, our new school was built. So we moved to our new school and it was made of brick. No more woods. So no more burned down school. Hahahaha, we were so happy when our old school was burnt down.

It's been a while since I read story books until I realized that I'd missed some of Sophie Kinsella's books. Yes, she is my only favourite author. So I started reading her latest book, Twenties Girl, & I love it!

Well it may have a little bit of clichè such as handsome & rich bf, building a successful career, supportive parents, etc. but I still love the plot in solving the mystery.

The story is about Lara who can see a ghost & she solves a mystery of the ghost's necklace whilst having a few dramas in her life. I can't tell everything here...just read it & you'll love it.

You may also want to read her Shopaholic series. They are hillarious :
